備受資本市場熱捧的儲能行業，遭受嚴重利空。

地处江西南部的信丰县，以“人信物丰”而得名。作为一个传统农业大县，尤以盛产赣南脐橙而著称。

然而鲜为人知的是，这个不沿边也不靠海，常住人口不到70万的山区县，在短短几年却聚集了30多家上市企业，其中首位产业电子信息就有19家上市包養網企业。2024年，在经济承压的背景下，前11包養網个月规上电子信息产业实现营收202.8亿元，同比增长15.7%。

信丰发展的“密码”是什么？

崛起中国电子电路产业发展核心区

大族数控、景旺电子、铭利达……岁末年初，走进信丰高新区，一家家电子信息行业头部企业的生产线高速运转，企业正全力赶制客户订单。

“我们把信丰作为战略重心，把多种高端设备布局在信丰。目前订单已排满，2024年营收将达10亿元，比2023年翻了一番。”大族数控科技（信丰）有限公司董事长寇炼说。

作为全球PCB（印制电路板）装备制造龙头企业，大族数控20包養22年包養从深圳来到信丰后有了一个新身份：PCB设备制造产业链“链主”。企业投资20亿元新建的研发智造数控装备项目从签约到投产仅用时1个月，直接带动一派直驱、麦逊电子等近20家生产配套企业落户。

信丰的产业由此迎来蝶变——

解码信丰产业起飞

在电子信息产业激烈竞争中，信丰成为全国产业发展核心区，做对了什么？

以毗邻大湾区的区位优势抢抓产业转移重要机遇——

信丰县与粤港澳大湾区山水相连、人缘相亲。

2021年12月赣深高铁开通后，信丰县融入大湾区1.5小时经济生活圈。2022年5月，国家发展改革委印发文件明确赣州与深圳建立对口合作关系。

信丰县电子信息产业发展中心主任郭雨兰说，近年来信丰县强化区位优势，抢抓包養粤港澳大湾区产业梯度转移机遇，推动重点产业合作，积极融入大湾区产业分工协作，吸引一批大湾区龙头企业先后进驻，形成与粤港澳大湾区包養紧密联系的产业链和供应链。

信丰对接大湾区主动出击，开展“敲门招商”；成立上市公司招商兵团和20支招商小分队，聚焦电子信息首位产业精准招商……2021年以来，信丰新招引落户20家上市企业，其中就有9家来自大湾区，目前信丰高新区六成企业来自大湾区。

瞄定优势产业聚企成链、聚链成群——

信丰电子信息产业起步早，在2002年就成为县域经济的支柱产业之一。然而在发展过程中，不少老牌PCB企业暴露出设备落后、生产线老化、产能不足等问题，县里电子信息产业一度面临产业集中度低、资源简单利用、园区承载能包養網力受限等发展困境。

经过20多年爬坡过坎，信丰县逐渐找准定位和方向：锻造一条属于自己的电子信息产业链，持续延链补链强链。

政府有为破解企业发展堵点难点——

近日，在信丰深圳产业园，总投资约30亿元的景旺电子新建信丰高多层PCB智能制造项目投产包養。

“信丰是我们目前见过的最懂PCB产业和企业的县之一。”景旺电子江西信丰工厂总经理张建庭说，当地组建项目专班驻点办公，深入项目工地解决建设过程中遇到的难题，项目从规划到投产仅用了9个月。

张建庭说，2017年信丰就开始和景旺电子接触，但由于企业对县里区位条件、物流成本、人才支撑等方面存在顾虑而包養未立即投资。后来县里来找我们对接了数十次，深入阐述市场前景，并用实际行动消除了我们的疑虑。如今，多年努力结出了硕果。

信丰县商务局局长李志鸿说，从在全省首推“免带证”办理服务，深入实施“拿地即开工、开工即投产”、工程建设项目分段验收改革，到深入开展精准扶企行动，常态化开展企业服包養網务日、政企早茶会等活动，信丰坚持无事不扰、有求必应，实现企业壮大和地方发展的“双向奔赴”。

在经济承压和技术迭代加速双重挑战下，信丰如何继续逆势而上、危中寻机？

信丰的干部、企业家认为，未来发展关键在人。

2024年教师节之际，江西理工大学电子信息产业学院和赣南师范大学脐橙现代产业学院开学典包養礼在信丰同日举行。信丰人才发展持续升温。

“在信丰，我们不仅看到了企业开办的速度，而且见证了招才引智的力度。”力劲集团深圳领威科技总经理潘玲玲说，人才就在家门口，缩短了包養網产业和人才间的距离，有效缓解企业人才引进难题，加速产学研融合，企业扎根信丰发展的底气更足了。

在信丰迅捷兴电路科技有限公司智能化工厂，智能小车来回穿梭搬运物料，经20多道工序后，一块块高精度、高密度、高品质的PCB从这里销往全国各地。

公司制造中心副总经理陈坚介绍，作为一家2016年就落户信丰的老牌电子信息企业，企业从2023年开始投入3亿元进行技术改造，技改后生产效率提升40%以上，生产周期缩短30包養網%，产品质量大幅提升，年产能达到60万平方米。

郭雨兰说，2024年以来，当地以企业需求为导向，通过政策、资金、技术等要素保障，推动传统企业加快数字化、智能化、绿色化升级改造。目前，全县已建成数字化智能化示范车间26个，同益高分子、福昌发等156家企业正加速推进数字化改造。

信丰县工信局局长陈凌云说，电子信息产业更新迭代快，如何保持产业竞争力是当前面临的重要课题，接下来县里将进一步聚焦高端智能制造，鼓励和支持企业加大研发投入，推动技术创新和产品升级，特别是在5G通信、物联网、人工智能等前沿领域，打造具有核心竞争力的电子信息产业集群。
